I wanted to try something new for a dinner we hosted last week and these green beans were a hit! 

I used fresh green beans but you could use frozen to save yourself some prep time.

I would defrost them in the microwave and drain before adding to your baking sheet to keep from diluting the other ingredients.

You can make any time during the year but beans and mushrooms are both in season during late summer and early fall so it is extra tasty right now!

Of course, feel free to omit the onions, garlic, or balsamic if you do not care for the flavors or you can add something else in!
