Ingredients

SALAD Lean Ground Meat Romaine Lettuce Tomatoes Onion Cheddar Cheese Pickles Salt & Pepper DRESSING Real Mayo Pickles Yellow Mustard White Vinegar Paprika Zero Calorie Sweeter (swerve, stevia, or erythritol)

SALAD

Cook meat in a skillet over high heat. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.

– Cut up or tear lettuce, slice tomato, onion, pickles, and cheese. Combine the remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef.

Dressing

– Whisk together mayo, mustard, and vinegar. If it is too thick, you can add a bit of water. Mix in paprika, diced pickles, and sweetener to taste. Split into separate containers for meal prep and refrigerate.

Low Carb – An awesome low carb day lunch or dinner. Mod Carb Days – This meal is higher in fat since it includes beef, cheese, and mayo.  Be conscious to keep fats low the remainder of your day if it is a mod carb day.
