If you love burgers and you love pasta, you’re going to die when you eat this Cheeseburger Casserole!

Ingredients – Lean Ground Beef  – Whole Wheat or Gluten Free Pasta – Onion  – Garlic – Hamburger Seasonings – Diced Tomatoes – Low Sugar Ketchup – Dijon Mustard – Cheese – Pickles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta as directed on the package.

Brown lean beef or turkey with onion  Drain meat and return to skillet.

 Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire if desired. Add tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard.

Mix in drained pasta and spread half of mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheese.

Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with diced pickles

MOD CARB: Be sure to serve with a vegetable on the side! Adding something green with fiber will help fill up your tummy and you will be less likely to overeat.
