Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Breakfast Sausage OR Bacon (Turkey or pork breakfast sausage or bacon. )
Instructions
  • Scramble or Fry Eggs. Slightly undercook so they do not get tough/dry when reheated.
  • Cook Breakfast sausage or bacon until cooked through.
Notes
Low Carb
Mod Carb - Serve with slice of toast or hash browns
Top with a sprinkle of cheese or salsa if desired.
