Meal Prep 101

Description

Not having a plan in place at the beginning of the week can lead you to “wing it” and try to figure out what to eat when you are hangry or trying to run out the door.  A lot of times this leads to stopping at a drive through, grabbing crackers out of the cabinet, and over eating. You’ll end up spending more money and calories than if you were to eat at home. This is why taking a few minutes to put together a plan before your week starts is important to reach your health goals!
