Ingredients
  • 1 Piece Bread (Whole Wheat, Gluten Free, or Ezekiel)
  • 1 egg OR 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 Avocado
Instructions

Meal Prep

  • Fry one egg for each toast you will prepare. Under cook slightly so you can reheat.
  • Slice avocado in half, remove pit, mash. Add in some lemon juice, garlic, fresh herbs, and salt and pepper if you would like. Leave the pit in and cover tightly with plastic wrap.

Day Of

  • Toast one piece of bread.
  • Heat egg in microwave until warm. (Probably about 1 minute at 50% power depending on your microwave)
  • Spread 1/4 of avocado on bread, top with egg and enjoy.
Notes
For reference planning your macros, this is a mod carb meal but also has lots of healthy fat and a bit of protein.
