Feel free to adjust based on your tastes and preferences.
ie if you prefer a more liquid sauce, increase the broth.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Sirloin Steak
- 2 T Cornstarch ((can sub flour or xantaham gum))
- .5 tsp Sea salt
- 2 T sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- .5 cup Water
- .5 cup Beef Broth (can sub vegetable)
- 1 Bags Broccoli Florets (chopped - heat in microwave and drain water)
- .5 – 1 T ginger (minced)
- .5 cup Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
- 2 T Cornstarch (can sub flour or xantaham gum)
- Cauliflower Rice
- White or Brown Rice
Instructions
- Thinly slice steak, toss in cornstarch and salt.
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet, add meat and cook until pink is fading then move to a plate or bowl away from heat. (Don’t wait until cooked all the way through as you will add it back to the skillet soon)
- Toss garlic and ginger into the skillet and start to warm, then add in water and broccoli. Cooking time will vary depending if you are using fresh or frozen broccoli, cook until warmed through and starting to become tender.
Sauce
- Separately mix broth, cornstarch, and aminos then add to skillet.
- Add beef back to skillet and warm sauce until thickened. You can add a little bit more cornstarch if you would like a thicker sauce.

Low Carb - Serve with Riced Cauliflower
Mod Carb - Serve with Rice or mix of Cauliflower and Rice
