Ingredients
- 1.5 – 2 Pounds Bacon or Breakfast Sausage
- 30 – 32 Ounce Frozen Tater Tots or Shredded Hashbrowns
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (Separate into 1.5 Cups and .5 Cups)
- 8-10 large eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
- Lightly grease 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Cook Bacon or Sausage, drain, and chop or crumble, spread across the bottom of dish.
- Top meat with 1.5 cups of cheese.
- Whisk eggs and milk together, adding salt and pepper to taste, pour over meat and cheese.
- Top mixture with potatoes and .5 cup of remaining cheese
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
To prep ahead of time, cover meat and egg mixture and store in refrigerator. Top with potatoes and cheese before baking.
