BROCCOLI & CHEDDAR CHICKEN
Update the serving quantity to reflect how many people you would like to feed an how many dinners. ie if you want to have leftovers for your family of 4, update the quantity to 8.

Servings: 1 Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast (you choose the quantity)
- 1 Cup Broccoli Florets (chopped into bite size florets)
- 1-2 Strips Bacon (cooked & chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Sea salt (Pepper, Garlic, Onion or other seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
- Grease Casserole Dish
- If breasts are thick, slice horizontally to cut down on cooking time.
- Place chicken into casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and seasonings
- Bake 15 minutes
- While chicken is cooking, blanche fresh broccoli or defrost frozen broccoli and drain
- Pull chicken, top with broccoli, bacon, and cheeses. Return to oven for additional 10-15 minutes until chicken and is cooked through.

Low Carb - Double Up on Broccoli
Mod Carb - Serve with a side of rice, quinoa, or pasta
Meal Prep Tip – Fry your bacon during meal prep so you don’t have to take the time during the week and have the dishes to clean up!
