Ingredients
5 cups cooked rice
3 pounds cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2-3 cups broccoli
2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook chicken however you prefer (boil, bake, grill, slow cook).
Chop into bite-size pieces.
Add rice, soup, broccoli, and cheese to large bowl.
Mix and split between two Ziploc bags. Freeze flat.
When Ready to Eat
Thaw in fridge overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9×13 dish with non-stick spray.
Dump both bags into dish and heat for about 30 minutes until warmed through.
Top with extra cheese if desired.
