This is “chipper” workout so you’ll just chip away at the reps! Take breaks when you need them but work to finish as quickly as possible. This first version is a more advanced workout. Look below the video for a few modifications if you are working to build your strength and stamina. This is a great benchmark workout to come back to every so often and see how far you’ve progressed!
