Ingredients
- 1 Block Velveeta (cut into cubes)
- 1 Can of Rotel (diced tomato and chilies) (undrained)
- 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
Instructions
Microwave
- Mix ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir, return to microwave for an additional 3 minutes, stir, and repeat as necessary until cheese is completely melted.
Crockpot
- Mix ingredients in a small crockpot.
- Turn on low heat, stir every 15 minutes until heated and cheese is completely melted.
Notes
Low Carb - serve with veggie sticks instead of chips
