Don’t come here for plain salads! The Fit But Fun ladies do NOT like to go hungry. We like meat and potato types of meals, comfort foods, and indulging a couple of times a week. Our “Moderate” plans are for people who aren’t carb cycling and the Carb Cycling plans are for ladies that love it. The weekly guides are just guides–feel free to swap out if there isn’t something you love. You can check out our recipe database for inspiration!
