Way back in high school I began a quest to find the "quick fix" to fitness but not give up the foods I love. Through almost 20 years of trial, error, & research I've learned what works! Unfortunately, there is no "quick fix" but there is a permanent one and you'll be able to learn from my mistakes and start living your best life in a fraction of the time.

Are you someone that starts a new lifestyle only to have a slip up, then the next thing you know you're right back to where you started, maybe even worse than before?

Let me walk you through the slip ups (because they are going to happen!) and ensure that you bounce right back with 1 on 1 discussions twice a week. The mentorship program is perfect for women that prefer to not discuss personal details or struggles in a group setting.

I will help you analyze your obligations and obstacles to see what can be improved upon and what should stay constant. We will look at everything from your work schedule to the amount of storage space in your freezer to develop YOUR perfect plan for success.

We will also examine your habits to see if they may be affecting your health. There are times that we become immersed in our routine and do not even realize it could be the cause of our ailments. Having someone from the outside take a look can be helpful.

Education

Receive weekly education lessons based on your current nutrition knowledge.

Workouts

Personal workout schedule based off your personal calendar and preferences.

Meal Guides

Customized meals and recommendations based on your preferences and social calendar.

Commitment

One on One Programs are a 2 month minimum but last no longer than 12 months. Two months can be expected if you have some basic knowledge but only need help troubleshooting and refining. One year should be plenty of time to get you into a good routine and graduate to our membership programs. You determine when you are ready to move on. 

wait list

This program is limited to 10 women or less. When full, time on the wait list may last anywhere from 2-12 months. Please contact us to be placed on our wait list.
