Real Good Poppers
Most of you know that I’m gluten free but I love PIZZA! I bought these anticipating they would be like Totino’s Pizza rolls. The first time I ate them I was disappointed because I was expecting pizza rolls but they are made with chicken and cheese for the “roll” part and filled with cheese and pepperoni bites. The second time I knew what to expect. Still cheese and pepperoni but cocooned in chicken…more like a boneless chicken wing! Super yummy if you’re looking for a low carb or gluten free junk food item. Find these at Wal-Mart or larger grocery store freezer sections.
Air Fryer
It’s football season. That means french fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, and chicken wings. Hello fat bombs. BUT as you learn in Healthy Habits excessive carbs and fats don’t mix. Cut down on the amount of fat you cook with by using an air fryer. This model is one of the larger models (more chicken wings, hello!) and currently has a $20 off coupon.
