How do I manage a family, my faith, friends, a career, fitness, and healthy eating all at the same time? Truth is, I don’t!

I wish I had it all together all the time but it’s impossible. There are seasons of life when a couple of these things take priority and the others are left behind. There’s so much pressure to “do it all” but unless you have a nanny, a personal chef, and a housekeeper it’s probably impossible for most of us. I’ve learned a few “non-negotiables” that I do each week no matter what.

I take Saturday afternoons for family time

I read the verse of the day in my bible app at the very minimum

I make sure to get my water in and 3+ servings of veggies a day

I do something to love on my clients and something to build my lifestyle biz everyday

The rest is all about priorities. Sometimes I’m hitting my workouts out of the park but my house is a disaster and the laundry is overflowing. Other times I’m working my butt off on my website and we eat from the freezer more nights than I cook. Establish a few core “Healthy Habits” in your life and stick to those day in and day out. It will take some time to figure out what you can realistically do but that’s the best advice I can give to “do it all”….

Because balance is bull shit.
