Ingredients
Eggs
- 1 large eggs (Boiled)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
Jerky
- 1 ounce Beef or Turkey Jerky
Instructions
Eggs
- Place eggs in a pot with cold water. Eggs shouldn't be stacked.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to water to make eggs easier to peel.
- Heat water until boiling, cover, remove from heat and let set for 10-12 minutes depending how done you prefer your eggs.
- Drain water and run cold water over eggs to cool.
Jerky
- Portion out jerky for daily snacks or use pre-packed!
Notes
There are many different types of jerky out on the market. Be careful of the sodium and also check your ingredient list. Jerky should be meat and spices. If it is a conglomerate of several meat byproducts and includes ingredients you can't pronounce, skip it!
