It’s a holiday week!
If you aren’t on vacation, your schedule is probably going to be a little bit wonky this week regardless. If your gym is closed, you are staying in a hotel, or at the lake, I have put together a workout you can do anywhere! No equipment needed so lets knock it out!
Warm up
Set 1
Repeat x 3
Sumo Squat pulses
5 Pulses, 1 Raise = 1 Rep
8-12 Reps
Lunge with Lift
8-12 Reps; each side
Set 2
Repeat x 2
Curtsy, Squat, Twist
8-12 Reps; each side
Skaters
8-15 Reps; each direction
Set 3
Repeat x 3
Mini Lateral lunge
8-12 Reps; each direction
Frog PushBacks
8-15 Reps
Pushbacks work your core and flexibility. Modify if needed.
