Ingredients
- 1 egg OR 2 egg whites
- 2 Egg White (6 T of Egg Whites)
- Bell Pepper (diced – any flavor or amount you like)
- Toppings (Pico de Gallo,Salsa, Guacamole, Cheese, Sour Cream)
Instructions
- Spray skillet or microwave safe bowl.
- Add scrambled egg and diced peppers
- Cook through
- Place in bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Choose ONE fat on Moderate Days. TWO fats on Low Carb Days
Black Beans are optional to add on Moderate Carb Days
