Ingredients
  • 8-10 ounces of Coffee
  • 1 scoop of Protein ((chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, etc))
  • 1 Tablespoons salted butter
  • Stevia ( Optional – to taste)
Instructions
  • If you don’t like coffee you can do just a protein shake, Mix all ingredients together and drink!
