Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Milk or Water
  • Pinch Salt and Pepper (or other spices)
  • Add Ins of choice (for omelette) (ideas are shredded cheese, spinach, mushrooms, chopped peppers, onions, garlic, tomato, etc. )
Instructions
  • Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  • While skillet is heating whisk together eggs, liquid, and spices
  • Pour eggs into skillet. Eggs will set around the edges of the pan first, push the eggs toward the center. Lift the skillet and rotate around the pan until eggs are almost set.
  • When eggs are close to being set pour your filling into half of the omelette. Flip the uncovered side over the filling.
  • Cook for about a minute until heated through. Move to plate.
