Servings: 1 Casserole (About 6 Servings)
Ingredients
- 3 large Chicken Breast (grilled/boiled/baked & chopped into bite size pieces)
- 1 16 oz Sour Cream
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Tbsp Poppyseeds
Ready to Eat
- .5 stick salted butter (melted)
- Butter Crackers
Instructions
- Mix Chicken, Sour Cream, Soup, & Poppyseeds.
- Place in aluminum pan or casserole dish, cover with saran wrap and foil. Freeze until ready to eat.
Ready to Eat
- Place dish in refrigerator overnight to thaw.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Crush crackers, spreading over the top of the dish. Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake 20-30 minutes until heated through.
Notes
Mod Carb dish. Serve with rice and a green vegetable.
