Ingredients
- 1 Box of Sugar Free Pudding
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
- 2 Scoops of Collagen
- 2 Cups skim milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk with an electric mixer for 2-4 minutes.
- Almond Milk works if you need a lower cal and fat option but the protein will not set up as well as it will with dairy milk. If you do not have collagen, this recipe will still work!
