Ingredients
- 1 Pork (Butt) Roast
- 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ c Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsp Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all spices ingredients together.
- Coat roast with spice mixture, be sure to get into any creases. Let set for about 20 minutes or cover and place in fridge overnight.
- Pour Apple Cider Vinegar, EVOO, and water into slow cooker
- Place meat in cooker on medium for about 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

In a whole wheat bun, sandwich thin, or stuffed sweet potato
✷ If your family likes BBQ sauce, keep some meat separate for yourself. You should be able to make several different meals with this if you enjoy leftovers!
✷ If you are single, you can buy a small roast and freeze for later.
