Ingredients
  • 1 Pork (Butt) Roast
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ c Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  • Mix all spices ingredients together.
  • Coat roast with spice mixture, be sure to get into any creases. Let set for about 20 minutes or cover and place in fridge overnight.
  • Pour Apple Cider Vinegar, EVOO, and water into slow cooker
  • Place meat in cooker on medium for about 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
  • Shred

In a whole wheat bun, sandwich thin, or stuffed sweet potato
 
✷ If your family likes BBQ sauce, keep some meat separate for yourself. You should be able to make several different meals with this if you enjoy leftovers!
 
✷ If you are single, you can buy a small roast and freeze for later.
