I don’t know about you but after a long holiday weekend I never feel like prepping and end up relying on convenience foods. I’m looking forward to a bit of time at home this weekend so I can plan and prep everything I need for next week!

How to use the September Meal Planner:
The planner and shopping lists always take several seconds to populate. There’s a lot of info to work through!
- Decide what recipes you like, along with the quantities, you can add your own custom recipes and ingredients!
- Select the Shopping List feature.
- All of your ingredients will be populated!
- Take an inventory of your fridge and pantry before you leave the house and cross off anything you do not need. You can print this list if you would like but I find it easier just carry my phone and check things off as I shop.
