Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Chicken Breast (sliced)
- 2 Bell Pepper (any color, sliced)
- 1/2 Onion (sliced)
- 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Fajita Seasoning
Instructions
- Sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the chicken while slicing veggies
- Place your sliced chicken, peppers, and onion on the sheet pan.
- Drizzle your olive oil over the fajitas. Mix together.
- Evenly distribute remaining seasoning over veggies. Mix chicken & vegetables together.
- Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Notes
LOW CARB: Serve over lettuce or alone.
MOD CARB: In a tortilla!
My favorite toppings are shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and salsa!
You can also make these with flank steak, and/or shrimp!
