Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries mashed
- 1 cup Water, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Cashew Milk, Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to bowl, use a hand blender to smooth mixture.
- Whisk with electric whisk for 5-8 minutes until mixture starts to expand and “fluff”.
