Ingredients
- 16-20 ounces Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1-2 Tablespoons Cornstarch (can sub flour or xantaham gum)
- 2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cans of drained green beans
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 pounds Tater Tots
- 1-2 cups Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
- Grease 9×13 Casserole dish.
- Brown meat, adding onion toward the end of cooking.
- Drain grease and return to skillet.
- Whisk Milk and Cornstarch together.
- Add milk to meat and onions.
- Dump Green Beans into meat mixture, mix in Worcestershire, Salt and Pepper, and Cheese.
- Pour into casserole dish and top with Tater Tots.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until tots are cooked through.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
