Ingredients
  • 16-20 ounces Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Cornstarch (can sub flour or xantaham gum)
  • 2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cans of drained green beans
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 pounds Tater Tots
  • 1-2 cups Shredded Cheese
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
  • Grease 9×13 Casserole dish.
  • Brown meat, adding onion toward the end of cooking.
  • Drain grease and return to skillet.
  • Whisk Milk and Cornstarch together.
  • Add milk to meat and onions.
  • Dump Green Beans into meat mixture, mix in Worcestershire, Salt and Pepper, and Cheese.
  • Pour into casserole dish and top with Tater Tots.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes until tots are cooked through.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving.
