BACON EGG & Cheese  Biscuits

Ingredients 6 Eggs 6 Egg Whites 6 English Muffins 6 Slices Bacon 6 slices Cheese   Salt & Pepper

– Preheat oven to 350* – Spray silicone muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, place on cookie sheet or cake pan to keep steady.

Instructions

– Add one egg and one egg white to each cup – Sprinkle with salt and pepper

– Place bacon on top of cookie cooling rack and on top of cookie sheet to catch the grease.

– Place in oven for about 25 minutes until bacon is crispy and eggs are firm – Toast bread or English Muffins, top with butter

– Cut bacon in half, pop eggs out of molds and top with sliced or shredded cheese

Notes I add liquid egg whites to increase the protein in each sandwich but you do not have to add it!
