Ingredients

- Ground Chicken - Almond Flour - Dry Ranch Seasoning - Egg - Buffalo Sauce - Cloves Garlic - Ground Black Pepper TOPPING - Buffalo Sauce

– Preheat oven to 400 Degrees – Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease cookie sheet. - Combine all ingredients (minus 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce) in large mixing bowl.

 – Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place in the oven for about 15 minutes. – Remove from oven and let set 5 -10 minutes to slightly cool.

- Put wing sauce in bowl, coat meatballs in sauce, return to pan, bake another 10 minutes.

Notes You can sub bread crumbs or oats for almond flour if you aren’t looking for a low carb recipe.Serve with Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing and a vegetable. Low carb days eat over zoodles or with a side salad.Mod carb eat over pasta or a regular/sweet potato.
