Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients
  • 1 Tortillas (Whole Wheat, GFree, or Low Carb)
  • 3 Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce (Leaves for Lettuce Wrap)
  • 4 Slices Natural Turkey Breast
  • 1 Slice Cheese ((Fat))
  • 1 Leaf Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 slice Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 Spear Pickle
  • 1 hard-boiled eggs (chunked or thinly sliced (Fat))
  • 1/4 Avocado (thinly sliced (Fat))
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing ((Fat))
  • 2 slices Bacon ((Fat))
  • Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  • Fry Bacon, place on paper towels to cool and dab off grease
  • Lay out tortillas or lettuce leaves and spread ranch from the center toward the edges.
  • Top with lettuce, then meat, cheese, and veggies. Don’t get stingy with the meat, this is where your protein will come from!
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Top with bacon and roll up!
Notes
Mod Carb - Choose 2 Fats at most
Low Carb – Use a Low Carb Wrap or Lettuce Leaves and choose as many fats as you like 
If meal prepping, wait to assemble your wrap the night or morning before. You can pre-slice your veggies and have everything ready but if you place the bacon with veggies and cheese it will pull the water from your veggies and make your cheese soggy!
