3Romaine or Iceberg LettuceLeaves for Lettuce Wrap
4SlicesNatural Turkey Breast
1SliceCheese(Fat)
1LeafRomaine Lettuce
2slicesTomatothinly sliced
1sliceOnionthinly sliced
1/2SpearPickle
1hard-boiled eggschunked or thinly sliced (Fat)
1/4Avocadothinly sliced (Fat)
1TbspRanch Dressing(Fat)
2slicesBacon(Fat)
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Fry Bacon, place on paper towels to cool and dab off grease
Lay out tortillas or lettuce leaves and spread ranch from the center toward the edges.
Top with lettuce, then meat, cheese, and veggies. Don’t get stingy with the meat, this is where your protein will come from!
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Top with bacon and roll up!
