– Natural Deli Meat (Salami, Pepperoni, etc. ) – Pepper, Onion, or Favorite Veggies (Sliced into strips) – Cream Cheese or Sliced Cheese 

Ingredients

– Lay out 1-2 pieces of meat stacked on top of each other

– Spread .5 Tablespoons of cream cheese onto meat.

– Top with thin pepper or veggie slices and roll up.

Notes If meal prepping, wait to spread cream cheese or half of a cheese slice on top of meat until the evening before or morning before you leave.   The salt from the cheese will pull liquid from the meat and make the cheese soggy/liquidy so you don't want to do it too far in advance.
