Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuits!

Servings: 6 Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 6 Egg Whites (I use liquid egg whites in a carton)
- 6 English Muffins
- 6 Slices Bacon (or more! )
- 6 slices Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Spray silicone muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, place on cookie sheet or cake pan to keep steady.
- Add one egg and one egg white to each cup6 Eggs, 6 Egg Whites
- Sprinkle with salt and pepperSalt & Pepper
- Place bacon on top of cookie cooling rack and on top of cookie sheet to catch the grease.6 Slices Bacon
- Place in oven for about 25 minutes until bacon is crispy and eggs are firm
- Toast bread or English Muffins, top with butter6 English Muffins
- Cut bacon in half, pop eggs out of molds and top with sliced or shredded cheese6 slices Cheese

Notes
I add liquid egg whites to increase the protein in each sandwich but you do not have to add it!
