Spray silicone muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, place on cookie sheet or cake pan to keep steady.
Add one egg and one egg white to each cup
6 Eggs, 6 Egg Whites
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Salt & Pepper
Place bacon on top of cookie cooling rack and on top of cookie sheet to catch the grease.
6 Slices Bacon
Place in oven for about 25 minutes until bacon is crispy and eggs are firm
Toast bread or English Muffins, top with butter
6 English Muffins
Cut bacon in half, pop eggs out of molds and top with sliced or shredded cheese
