12 Days of Christmas workout!

Here is a fun workout that you can complete at home with just a set of dumbbells!  Complete this as you would sing the 12 days of Christmas. Each round you’ll add a new exercise until you get up to number 12.

Don’t forget to warm up and cool down with some light cardio and stretching!

4 Push Ups
5 DB Swings
6 Superman’s
7 Plank Up Downs
8 Skaters Skating
9 Reverse Lunges
10 High Knees
11 Peppermint Twists
12 Thrusters
