Cardio Workout 8.8.18

Workout Wednesday!  

Here is a quick cardio workout that you can do at home or at the gym.  I knocked out 4 rounds in 22 minutes!  

There are options so you can modify the intensity and take out high impact moves if needed.  

Beginners can stick to 3 rounds of low impact and lower range of reps.  For plank jacks hold a modified plank for time.  

Advanced complete 4 rounds of the higher intensity moves and higher reps.

This is a circuit so you will move from one exercise to the next with little to no rest.  Take 1-2 minutes of rest to recover before starting your next round.
