Hi Ladies!
I hope you’re ready for a new type of workout! I’ve labeled this Chest & Triceps as the first circuit focuses on them but you’ll get almost a full body workout with this one!
Complete 3 Rounds of the first set of exercises
3 Minutes of Burpees Every Minute On the Minute. Start your stop watch, complete 6 burpees, rest until the timer reaches 1 minute. Complete 6 more burpees, rest until the timer reaches 2 minutes. Complete 6 burpees, rest until the time reaches 3 minutes.
Finish with 2 Rounds of Abs. Finally, abs that you can do without laying on the ground! Yaaaasss!!
Don’t forget to warm up and cool down to prevent injury!

Burpees and Modifications

8-12
Reps on Each Side
Side Bends
10-15 Reps on Each Side
