Low Carb - Omit CrackersMod Carb - Wait to add crackers until the night before or morning that you are leaving the house. Almond Flour crackers can be found in the natural food section of larger grocery stores. You can find them at Sprouts, Whole Foods, etc. they are also available on Amazon but I have found they are 1-2 dollars more than in store.
