6ozCheddar cheeseShredded or Cubed
1/2cupPicklesdiced
Salt and Pepperas preferred
Dressing
1/2cup + 2 TbspReal Mayo
2tbspPicklesdiced
2 1/2tspYellow Mustard
1tspWhite Vinegar
1/2tspPaprika
Zero Calorie SweetenerSwerve, Stevia, or Erythritol; adjust to taste
Instructions
Salad
Cook meat in a skillet over high heat. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Cut up or tear lettuce, slice tomato, onion, pickles, and cheese. Combine the remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef.
Dressing
Whisk together mayo, mustard, and vinegar. If it is too thick, you can add a bit of water. Mix in paprika, diced pickles, and sweetener to taste. Split into separate containers for meal prep and refrigerate.

Low Carb - An awesome low carb day lunch or dinner. Mod Carb Days - This meal is higher in fat since it includes beef, cheese, and mayo. Be conscious to keep fats low the remainder of your day if it is a mod carb day.
