Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease cookie sheet.
Combine all ingredients (minus 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce) in large mixing bowl. Use hands to mix everything together.
Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let set 5 -10 minutes to slightly cool.
Put wing sauce in bowl, coat meatballs in sauce, return to pan, bake another 10 minutes.
