Chicken/Steak/Pork
Black or Pinto Beans
White or Brown Rice
Spinach or Romaine Lettuce
Toppings of choice:
Salsa and a fat – Cheese Sour Cream, or Guacamole
Seasoning of choice:
– Fajita, Taco, etc.
Chipotle
Instructions
Season meat then slow cook, grill, bake, or pan fry.
Cook Rice per directions while preparing meat and heat beans.
Chop meat into bite size pieces
Serve over lettuce or rice
Top with your favorite toppings
Notes
Low Carb days -
serve meat over a bed of spinach or you can use Romaine leaves for lettuce wraps. Choose two fats on low carb days.
Moderate Carb days -
enjoy meat over rice with a small serving of beans.
