Butterfinger Proats
You can prep the night before with the oats and milk in a glass mason jar. Store in fridge overnight.

Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate)

Unsweetened Butterscotch Pudding

Flax Meal

Nut Butter
or Powdered Peanut Butter

Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Mix oats and milk.
Heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds until warm.
Mix in protein powder, pudding, peanut butter, flax. Add extra milk if desired.
Top with mini chocolate chips.
Notes
Need to keep your fats down? Use powdered peanut butter instead of nut butter!
