CAMPFIRE POPCORN - Place kernels in a disposable pie pan with oil, salt, and tented aluminum foil.
Foil Packets with chicken, fish, sausage, vegetables, and bite size potatoes. Add a bit of Olive Oil and seasoning.
Swap Hot Dogs for Chicken or Turkey Sausage.
Forget the bun on your hot dog or sausage if you want a sweeet treat.

There really isn’t any good way to make a S’more or marshmallow healthy. You could make your own graham crackers but…let’s be real. That isn’t going to happen. Plan ahead of time, limit your sugar and carbs earlier in the day. Enjoy a S’more or a couple of marshmallows and be done. Enjoy it but don’t go overboard. Put the ingredients away or walk away from the area if you need to.
