Slice meats into bite size pieces and season as desired.
Cook Stir Fry Vegetables in the microwave according to directions on the bag.
Heat about 1 Tablespoon Sesame or EVOO in skillet with cauliflower rice. As it starts to turn tender, add 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic.
Push the cauliflower towards the sides of the skillet to create a hole in the center. Add two eggs in the center, once cooked, scramble and mix in with cauliflower.
While cauliflower is cooking, place meat in a separate skillet with a bit of oil and any seasoning (I like ginger, garlic, or liquid aminos) and slowly heat.
Mix vegetables in with meat, then serve over cauliflower rice.
