This is a breakfast that my husband likes to make on Sunday mornings. Now that I’m gluten free I can’t eat them but it is still one of our family favorites!

Ingredients
1rollCrescent Rolls
Breakfast Sausage (links or Ground)
CheeseOptional
Instructions
Pre-heat oven as directed on package.
Roll ground sausage into small balls, fry in skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
Remove from pan and place on paper towels to slightly cool and remove some grease.
Roll out all crescent rolls, place sausage ball (or link) at the widest part of the roll, add cheese if desired.
Roll up meat and cheese as you would a normal crescent roll.
Heat as directed on package and golden brown.
You can save the extras in an airtight container for the following week… if you have any!
