Marinate chicken and/or steak at least 30 minutes prior to cooking
Cook chicken until juices run clear or steak to desired doneness. Shrimp will only need to cook for a few minutes, wait until the last couple of minutes to cook. Shrimp will turn from pink to white when done.
Pull meat from grill or skillet, begin heating peppers and onions.
Thinly slice meat. Toss back in with veggies as they start to soften, add lime juice if desired.
