Store Bought Sauce
1/3BottleBuffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Saucewe find it at Sams Club
Homemade Sauce
1/2CupReal Mayo
3/4CupGrated Parmesan CheeseGrated or Shredded
3TbspGarlic
4Tbspsalted butterMelted
1/2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspCrushed Red PepperOptional
1/2tspGround Black PepperOptional - Cubed
Instructions
Homemade Sauce
Melt butter, mix together mayo, garlic, onion powder, and pepper. Butter may clump up a bit.
Place wings in air tight container or ziplock bag, cover with sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
Bottle Sauce
Place wings in airtight container or ziplock bag. Cover with about 1/3 of bottle. Place in airtight container or ziplock bag. Move to fridge for 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
Oven Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Place wings on parchment paper or aluminum foil, on cookie sheet.
Bake about 20 minutes. Temperature should be 160-165 degrees, or juices should run clear.
Air Fryer
Individually place wings in air fryer basket, cook at 360 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until internal temperature is 160-165 degrees. Check around 5 minutes into cooking to flip and check doneness.
