Mod Carb Meal - If macros allow you can serve with garlic bread. If you have time you could sauté onion, garlic, spinach, shredded zucchini, mushrooms, or carrots in the pan before adding in sauce for an extra serving of veggies. But if this is a heat and eat night, sauce counts as one! Serve over zoodles or with a side salad.Look for a pasta sauce with a short ingredient list and is low in sugar.
