Ingredients

Lean Ground Turkey
or Lean Beef
Seasoning to taste
Paprika, Salt, and Pepper

Sloppy Joe Sauce
1
cup
onion or zucchini or shredded carrots
diced (OPTIONAL)

hamburger buns
Instructions
Brown meat in large skillet while chopping vegetables.
Drain grease
If you want; add in chopped veggies and cook until softened
Stir in sauce and simmer about 15 minutes.
Sauce will thicken as it cooks. Add a bit of water if you prefer it thinned out.
You can serve this several ways depending on your macro schedule.
Notes
Low Carb:
serve over spinach, romaine, or zoodles
Moderate Carb:
serve on a whole wheat/gluten free bun or over whole wheat pasta.
Serve open faced to cut carbs.
